Forgiving from the Heart
Instructor: Tres Adames
Forgiving from the Heart is a brief course that guides the participant through the challenging yet transformative process of forgiving others. The course is especially designed for helping let go of resentment and difficult situations. The curriculum is biblically-based and combines insight from modern psychology with the ancient wisdom of Christian theology.
